How do I submit an order?
At Abanico, our goal is to guide you in choosing your box of chocolates so that you are certain to best please the person to whom you are giving these chocolates.
You can therefore access our catalogue in different ways:
Once you have chosen your box(es) of chocolates by clicking on “Order,” the steps are simple:
1) confirmation of the basket and choice of personalisation on the card sent with your box. You have the option of attaching a message and/or the photo of your choice.
2) identification, which lets you identify yourself or become a member of Club Abanico and enjoy loyalty advantages/discounts.
3) Choose the place and date of delivery.
4) Enter billing address, shipping address, and promotional codes, if any. At this stage, your Club Abanico discount is also indicated, if you have one.
5) Last step, payment: have your credit card handy; you will need to give your card information on the secure site of our financial partner, Société Générale.
