Delivery


 

Our partner who delivers your Abanico orders is CHRONOPOST.

We deliver our chocolates throughout Metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco, as well as in the Overseas Departments, on the day of your choice, within 24-48 hours.

In Metropolitan France, delivery is made between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on the day indicated when the order is taken and reconfirmed in the order confirmation e-mail, according to the delivery method selected.

The time frame is met either by direct delivery of the product to the addressee’s specified address, or, if the recipient is absent, by notice of attempted delivery.

 

We commit to offer you quality service at competitive prices compared to other chocolate makers.

We pass on to you the rates as applied by our partner. In Metropolitan France, for a parcel of 1kg or less, the delivery costs 6,5€ HT from Monday to Friday and 11,5€ TTC on Saturday. Above this limit, each extra kg costs 0,70€ HT.

If there is a delay in delivery, Abanico promises to respond appropriately within 24 hours after the complaint is made using the contact form. 

If the delivery times indicated by Abanico are exceeded by more than 7 days, the client may request cancellation of the order by registered letter with confirmation of receipt. The consumer may exercise this right within sixty business days from the date indicated for delivery of the product. The consumer will then be reimbursed in full.

When you make purchases on our site through your account, you will receive automatic discounts.

 

 

  • If the amount of your first three orders equals or exceeds150€, you will receive  a 15€ discount attributed directly to you fourth order.
  •  After your fourth purchase (whatever the amount of the previous orders and number of boxes ordered) you will receive a 5% discount on all your future orders (price excluding delivery), without limit.

 

  

Facilitated payment


 

For your orders submitted on our web site, pay directly by credit card.

For your specific orders through  our Corporate Services, you can pay by cheque or by bank transfer after signature of a quote.
