Dedication space / personaling your message
For each of your orders, we give you a chance to “dedicate” your gift, so you can send a written message card with your gift.
We offer you customised service to help you write your messages by offering: quotes or messages suitable for your gift-giving occasion. You can also choose to write your own personal message; sometimes, a few words are all that’s needed!
You can also attach a photo to your message.
If you want to personalise your message by attaching the photo of your choice, just upload it at the time of personalisation and we will print it on the message card attached to your shipment.
Express delivery ensures that you receive your package within 48 hours on average for France and within 2 to 6 days for other EU countries, depending on the product and the country selected, from Chronopost.
FRANCE :
If your order is submitted before 1:00 p.m., it will be processed by the end of the day. The package is then picked up by Chronpost and is delivered between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. of the following day or day after, depending on the product selected and the destination (Metropolitan France, Corsica and the Overseas Departments and Territories).

If you are out, an attempted delivery message is left in your mailbox inviting you to contact the carrier to pick up your package from their distribution centre.
This form of delivery also enables you to choose the date for your shipment. You can specify in advance the date you want delivery on.
Delivery charges vary according to the delivery day chosen (weekday or Saturday) and the place of delivery (Metropolitan France, Corsica or the Overseas Departments and Territories).
OTHER EU COUNTRIES (excluding Malta and Cyprus):
We deliver our products to all European Union countries, excludind Malta and Cyprus, within 2 to 7 days. Find the details by country here.
On the first day indicated above, the delivery is made to the addressee's specified address anytime in the day. If the recipient is absent, the delivery is made a second time on the following day. If the recipient is again absent, then the product is sent back to SICHOCO - SAS Office in France.
Delivery is made from Monday to Friday.

Everybody has their important dates: we’ve got a tool to keep you from forgetting them!
Just fill in the table you’ll find in the section: My Account/Reminder, by entering the event you want to remember (for example, Mom’s birthday) as well as the date of the event. You can also choose whether the event repeats every year.
You will then be notified by e-mail one week before the important date, then three days before, so that you won’t forget and will please those you love by offering a box of Abanico chocolates!
The information you enter is strictly confidential and will never be used by anyone outside of this service.
As a member of our Club Abanico, you can sponsor your friends by going to the My Account section.
Just give us their e-mail addresses, and we will send them an e-mail from you introducing them to our products and services.
The first time one of your sponsored friends or relatives makes a purchase, you will be entitled to a 5% discount on your next order. You will be notified by e-mail, and the discount will be applied automatically in your order summary.
