Our story is the culmination of several years of thrilling work with chocolate. The adventure began with the journey of Victoire Finaz, Creative Director and co-founder of the Abanico brand. Her passion took root in her parents’ chocolate factory and grew among the cacao plantations around the Equator, blossoming fully in the leading chocolate laboratories.  

As her experiences accumulated, her desire always to seek new taste sensations took a professional turn.

Abanico is the result of encounters and passions that led to the creation of a place for sharing knowledge and know-how, a place of passion and expertise, where our chocolate creations are orchestrated.

In bringing together the most rigorous and talented French chocolatiers, we wanted our creative field to be infinite.

Together, we share the same enthusiasm for exploring new taste surprises developed by combining cocoa and fruit.

Together we select the finest ingredients and daringly play with our recipes in order to fashion creative chocolates.
