What do you do with my personal information?  



Your personal information is kept in our customer database to better serve you when you next order. You may change your information at any time in your personal space if you are a member of Club Abanico, or ask that your information be deleted by contacting us by e-mail at the following address:  charlotte@abanico.fr

 

Abanico complies strictly with the Information Technology, Files and Freedoms Act, and with the ethical principles deriving from it as regards the personal information you give us. This personal information is protected, declared to the CNIL, and reserved exclusively for internal use.

How can I monitor my account?



When you are a member of Club Abanico, you simply need to identify yourself to monitor your account status. Then you have access to the following information:

-Orders under way/Monitor your order

-Your order history

How can I get Club discounts?



Once you’re registered with Club Abanico, all your orders are recorded. Your discounts (see details on the “Loyalty Advantage” page) are calculated automatically and appear directly on your order summary.

Mes coordinates have changed; how can I modify them?



By identifying yourself in the "My Account" section, you can modify your personal data.

I've lost my password; how can I access my account?



If you’ve lost your password, go to the "My Account” section. You then just need to fill in your e-mail address, and we will immediately send your password back to you at the address indicated.
